The VIS Racing Astek Carbon Fiber Front Lip is specifically designed to enhance the aesthetics and aerodynamics of the 2008-2011 Mercedes C-Class W204 C63 models. Constructed from 100% ISO-certified, Grade-A carbon fiber, this front lip features a two-part design. The top layer is bonded with high-grade epoxy resin and finished with an ultra-clear, UV-protective polyurethane coating for a durable, high-gloss finish. The underside is a one-piece shell, fused to the top layer for improved structural integrity. VIS Racing utilizes a Vacuum Infusion Process (V.I.P.) for parts, resulting in components that are 10-20% lighter and more durable than previous manufacturing methods. This front lip includes a VIS badge of authenticity. For safety and structural integrity, hood pins are required. These products are generally intended for off-road use unless local laws permit otherwise.
