Description

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RTC27108643150 is a fully remanufactured ATC35L transfer case assembly, built to high standards for confidence and satisfaction. Each unit undergoes thorough inspection of cases and internal components for signs of wear such as cracks, stripped threads, shaft straightness, gear wear, and chain stretch. Zumbrota Drivetrain employs an exclusive Hydro-blast rinse and blasting procedure on internal and external parts, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning. This process restores cases to an OEM finish. The rebuild includes a 100% replacement of all bearings, seals, and viscous couplers. Finished units are spun tested for shift-ability and noise, and shipped in high-density plastic totes to prevent transit damage. This transfer case assembly is designed for the following BMW models and years: 2016 BMW 228i, 328i, 340i, 428i, 435i, M235i; 2016-2018 BMW 320i; 2017-2019 BMW 330i GT; and 2012-2016 BMW 528i. It is equipped with the ATC35L transfer case type.
