The Zumbrota Drivetrain ATC500 Transfer Case is a remanufactured assembly designed for the 2004-2006 BMW X5. Each unit is built to strict specifications, ensuring a quality rebuild for peace of mind. During the remanufacturing process, all units are subjected to a proprietary cleaning method, including state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing, to restore them to an OEM finish. This process ensures that common wear components, such as seals, bearings, and viscous couplers (when applicable), are replaced with new parts. Zumbrota transfer cases are meticulously inspected and undergo a rigorous quality control process before shipping. Each unit is signed off by a member of the rebuild team, adhering to the highest standards of precision and reliability. The transfer cases are shipped in high-density plastic totes to prevent in-transit damage. This product is specifically for the 2004-2006 BMW X5. Please verify fitment manually or contact customer support with your vehicle's VIN to ensure compatibility. A refundable core charge of $400 applies, with options to send the core in first or pay the charge upfront.
