These pistons are produced with cutting-edge CNC machining tools, ensuring dimensional tolerances of less than 0.01 mm. They are made of a special high-performance aluminum alloy with high silicon content, guaranteeing the same reliability as OE pistons while providing greater resistance and excellent performance. The perfectly smooth profile ensures regular flow and perfect flame propagation. This high compression piston for OE cylinder is equipped with piston rings that guarantee less friction with the cylinder and therefore higher performance. The rings are produced in Japan with wear-resistant coatings (PVD or chromium nitride) to increase retention and durability, adapting perfectly to the cylinder liner even at low tangential load.
