The Athena Enduro piston is a forged piston designed for 250cc, 4-stroke, off-road applications. It features a bore diameter of 78.96mm and a compression ratio of 14:1. This piston is engineered by Athena's R&D and Racing departments, utilizing a backward extrusion process for increased mechanical properties and durability.

Athena pistons are precision machined on state-of-the-art CNC equipment to extremely close tolerances. The company emphasizes in-house testing, including over 30 hours of static and dyno testing, as well as track sessions, to refine details like skirt coating, dome profiles, and shirt shapes.
