Atlas Transfer Case 3/4" Spacer/Rotation Ring

The Advance Adapters AS-8603 is a 3/4-inch spacer and rotation ring engineered for Atlas transfer case installations. Many transmissions feature a 'stick out' on their output shafts, which can cause a bottoming-out issue when an Atlas transfer case is installed. In situations where trimming the output shaft is not practical or possible due to a lack of sufficient splines, this spacer provides a solution. Constructed from aluminum, this spacer measures 3/4" in thickness. It functions by creating additional clearance, ensuring proper installation and alignment between the transmission and the Atlas transfer case. The AS-8603 is a key component for custom drivetrain builds and swaps where precise fitment is critical. Included with the spacer are necessary mounting bolts (3/8" -16 X 1.00" SHCS ZINC). Test fitting the ring to both the transmission and the Atlas transfer case is recommended to ensure proper alignment with all mounting holes.
