Atmospheric Blow Off Valve

The Forge Blow Off Valve (FMDVMK7A) is a direct replacement atmospheric blow-off valve engineered for VAG 1.8 TSI and 2.0 TSI engines. This valve addresses common failure points in OEM solenoid valves, such as diaphragm rupture leading to boost leaks. It features a full billet alloy construction and a piston-based internal design, offering significantly improved reliability and a lightning-fast response. This design has been tested and proven effective in high-horsepower applications, including cars running over 600bhp. The Forge Blow Off Valve boasts a very short overall installed height, allowing it to fit into the restricted space between the turbo and the air filter's inlet hose. This compact design means older, larger valves and sandwich plates will not fit this specific engine configuration. Key features include improved throttle response and acceleration, a considerably lighter stock weight, and enhanced drivability. Applications include the 2015-2018 Volkswagen GTI / Golf R MK7, Audi S3 2.0 TSi, and Audi A4 1.8 / 2.8 TFSI. The package includes the valve, wiring harness, solenoid, bracket, screws, an uprated blue spring, vacuum tube, T-piece, instructions, and Forge branding.
