AToM RACE V2 100mm Cold Air Intake

The Blaze Performance AToM RACE V2 is a race-spec cold air intake system engineered for MQB EA888 Gen 3 1.8 and 2.0 TSI engines. It features a 100mm (4-inch) inlet and is designed to improve turbo spool, torque, and overall power, delivering a smooth and efficient driving experience. This intake system boasts a full-width, stepped-back air guide that seals against the hood to maximize ram air effect and reduce turbulence. It incorporates a reverse-mounted, washable 120mm (4.7-inch) dry cotton filter with a large-diameter inlet and a specifically shaped outlet to optimize airflow. The 100mm outlet is situated within a powder-coated aluminum casing that acts as a heat shield, maintaining cool air intake. A 4-ply, wire-reinforced silicone turbo inlet hose connects the filter to the turbo, acting as a heat insulator and tapering from 100mm to 76mm to minimize turbulence. The AToM RACE V2 is compatible with a wide range of turbochargers, including Garrett IS12/20/38/Vortex Standard, IS38 Hybrid, Power MAX (Stages 1 & 2), APR DTR6054/TPC/RAC/Mabo, and EQT Typhoon & 660/CTS BOSS 700. It is explicitly stated that this kit is designed and validated for the vehicles listed and is NOT for Mk8 GTI or EA888.4 evo4 engines; for those, different AToM intake models are required.
