AToM Race V2 Carbon Cold Air Intake System

The Blaze Performance AToM Race V2 Carbon is a race-spec cold air intake system designed to enhance turbo spool, torque, and overall power for compatible VW, Audi, SEAT, and Skoda models. Engineered for the MQB EA888 Gen 3 platform (1.8 & 2.0 TSI engines), it features a 100mm (4-inch) inlet with a premium gloss or matte carbon fiber casing. Key features include a full-width, stepped-back air guide that seals against the hood for maximum ram air effect. The reverse-mounted, washable 120mm (4.7-inch) dry cotton filter minimizes airflow resistance. The system also incorporates a durable 4-ply, wire-reinforced silicone turbo inlet hose that tapers from 100mm to 76mm to reduce turbulence and act as a heat insulator. Large diameter flanges are included for compatibility with a wide range of turbochargers, from stock to hybrid and larger aftermarket units, including Garrett IS12/20/38, IS38 Hybrid, Power MAX, APR DTR6054, TPC, RAC, Mabo, and EQT Typhoon/CTS BOSS 700. Installation is designed as a direct bolt-on process, compatible with both LHD and RHD models, and is reversible by re-installing the original airbox. The kit is designed to work safely on a stock ECU map, though it is also fully compatible with Stage 1 or higher tunes. Blaze Performance products are intended for off-road and motorsport competition use, and users should verify local regulations for street legality. This kit is specifically designed for the MQB EA888 Gen 3 engine platform. It is NOT compatible with the Mk8 GTI, which uses the EA888 evo4 engine with a Garrett turbo, nor with EA888.4 evo4 engines found in models like the Mk8 R, 8Y S3, Cupra Leon Mk4, Arteon R, or Tiguan R 320ps. For these vehicles, a dedicated intake such as the AToM V2 Mk8 GTI intake or AToM R8CE intake is required.
