ATP Bolt-On Turbo Upgrade Kit

The FSWERKS ATP Bolt-On Turbo Upgrade Kit allows for a significant performance enhancement of the Ford Fiesta ST 1.6L Ecoboost by replacing the stock turbocharger with a choice of high-performance Garrett units. Available Garrett turbo options include the GT2554R (300+ HP), GT2560R (325+ HP), GT2860RS (350+ HP), GTX2860R (400+ HP), GTX2863R (425+ HP), and GTX2867R (475+ HP), offering scalable power gains. It features an internally wastegated design and a V-band flanged turbo adapter for secure connection. Compatibility with the stock turbo flanged downpipe and stock placement intake pipe is maintained, with an adapter elbow provided for the intake. The kit includes new steel braided oil feed and coolant lines, and it fits the stock oil drain tube. A high-flow charge air pipe (Product Code ATP-FIE-004) is also included. Replacing the stock turbo necessitates an upgrade or replacement of the diverter valve/blow-off valve (BOV). The factory diverter valve has limited flow capacity and is inadequate for the increased airflow of a performance turbo. A high-flowing mechanical or vacuum-actuated valve is required. FSWERKS recommends the TiAL Q Blow Off Valve (ATP product code: TIL-BOV-007), which features a 1-inch hose clamp style mounting flange compatible with the provided port. Additional components, such as a vacuum fitting adapter (ATP product code: ATP-FIE-005) and vacuum hose, may be required for the blow-off valve. Note: This product is not CARB Exempt and is not legal for use on public roads in California or other states adopting California emission standards. To prevent fault codes related to the stock electric diverter valve, it may need to be disabled in the ECU tune or have its electrical circuit kept plugged in. A Sim-Plug can also simulate the electrical draw.
