ATS Allison 5-Speed Conversion Co-Pilot Transmission Controller

The ATS 601-904-4248 Allison 5-Speed Conversion Co-Pilot Transmission Controller improves performance and reliability for 2001–2005 GM 6.6L Duramax trucks with Allison 1000 5-speed automatic transmission. It adjusts transmission line pressure based on MAP, VSS, and TPS inputs for optimal clutch engagement and torque converter lockup. Increases transmission torque capacity by ~85 HP and ~120 lb-ft over stock, boosting clutch pack apply pressure from 86 PSI to ~230 PSI in 5th gear. Features a user-selectable "Race Mode" for forced torque converter lockup and is compatible with exhaust brake systems. Backed by a 5-year/500,000-mile limited warranty.
