Description

The ATS HE300VG Benchtop Turbo Calibration Tool is an all-in-one diagnostic and programming tool designed for zeroing, initializing, and calibrating any turbocharger actuator. It supports both 12-volt and 24-volt turbochargers and offers downloadable software and various harness adapters for comprehensive compatibility. The tool is housed in a durable 16 gauge powder-coated steel enclosure with solid-state electronics, large cooling fans for reliability, and water/dust-resistant Honeywell locking toggle switches. It efficiently diagnoses actuator issues and accurately calibrates new actuators for optimal spool-up and exhaust braking.
