ATS Diesel 19-24 RAM Cummins 6.7L 4WD 68RFE Transmission Package - Stage 1

This transmission package is designed to address the weaknesses of the RAM 68-RFE transmission, which was originally designed to be inexpensive to manufacture, leading to compromises in size and material quality. ATS has developed a combined technology utilizing recalibration of the hydraulic circuits, revamped accumulator rates, reprogrammed clutch apply and release timings, and line pressure rise rate to match the engine's torque output. Hard part weaknesses like light duty shafts, hubs, and the low one-way sprag are also addressed. The package includes modifications to the pump assembly, rotating clutch drum assembly and clutch packs, valve body with a BilletProof Channel Plate, and strengthening of the transmission case. It also includes the ATS Co-Pilot Transmission Controller, which manages line pressure, clutch timing, and converter clutch apply.
