ATS Diesel 1994-95 Dodge 4wd 47RH Stage 1 Transmission Package

The ATS Stage 1 47RH transmission package is designed for trucks with stock to mild power increases, light towing, and daily driving. It addresses inherent weaknesses of the 47RH transmission to produce a strong, reliable unit. Key features include a patented Five-Star torque converter with a billet 12-bolt cover, five square tab lock-up clutches, and a billet stator. The transmission's pump is modified for progressively raised line pressure, and it includes high-performance clutch packs with precisely machined pressure plates for additional forward and direct clutches. High-performance bands, billet band strut, billet accumulator piston, and heavy-duty overdrive bearings further strengthen the assembly. The valve body is modified to prevent sticking throttle valve issues, circulate fluid in park, reverse, and neutral, and is capable of locking the torque converter in any forward gear, while also raising line pressure. The package comes standard with the ATS Deep Pan, which features a finned design for heat dissipation and adds five quarts of fluid capacity.
