ATS Diesel 2007-2011 Jeep 42RLE Performance Valve Body Assembly (incl. Solenoid block)

The valve body is the nervous system of the transmission, converting electrical signals from the TCM into hydraulic actions. The 42-RLE uses a non-synchronous, clutch-to-clutch design requiring precise timing for shifts. This ATS 42-RLE valve body is heavily modified to port hydraulic oil flow to specific clutch packs needing additional pressure. It features redesigned accumulator piston seals for hydraulic pressure integrity and increased converter charge pressure and volume to reduce transmission and converter temperatures. It can be installed in a stock or aftermarket transmission for enhanced performance and reliability. For 2007-2011 42-RLE transmissions, the ATS Co-Pilot is recommended for full control and increased line pressure to boost clutch pack torque capacity.
