ATS Intercooler Kit 23.5" x 9.5" x 4"

The ZZP ATS Intercooler Kit is engineered as a direct bolt-on upgrade for the RWD and AWD Cadillac ATS 2.0L turbo models. This kit replaces the factory front-mount air-to-air intercooler, along with the hot and cold side charge pipes, to significantly improve cooling efficiency. The ZZP intercooler boasts substantially larger core dimensions measuring 23 1/2" wide x 9 1/2" high x 4" thick, compared to the stock unit's 21 5/8" x 16" x 1 1/4". These measurements do not include the end tanks. The comprehensive kit includes the larger intercooler with integrated mounting brackets, heavy-duty silicone replacement couplers, premium stainless steel T-bolt clamps, a new hot side charge pipe, a new cold side charge pipe, and all the hardware required for a complete installation. This intercooler setup retains the functionality of the stock bypass valve, as aftermarket blow-off valve replacements have not shown measurable gains. It is important to note that this intercooler kit will not fit on 2.0L Cadillac CTS models due to insufficient space for the larger core when using the stock bumper cover.
