The Trakmotive Complete HD Axle (KAW-6019HD) is designed to exceed OEM quality in fit, form, and function. It has been torture-tested for maximum durability and is built to withstand rigorous conditions and terrain. Manufactured in an ISO9001 and TS16949 certified factory, it features a precision-machined and heat-treated solid 42 chromoly steel center shaft, making it up to 35% stronger than standard axles. The induction heat-treated joints utilize premium heavy-duty, high-temperature moly grease for greater durability and smoother performance under severe operating conditions. Other features include precision-machined and heat-treated cages, races, and ball bearings, along with precision-rolled splines and threads for improved fitment and wear. High-strength spring steel retaining clips (where required) and TPE dust boots offer superior tear and puncture resistance, complemented by secure stainless steel dust boot clamps. The axle comes fully assembled for easy, modification-free installation, and all necessary hardware is included. It is backed by a one-year limited warranty.
