The TrakMotive HD Axle is designed to exceed OEM quality in fit, form, and function. It has been torture tested to failure to ensure maximum durability and is built to withstand the most rigorous conditions and terrain. Manufactured in an ISO9001 and TS16949 certified factory, these reliable and tough constant velocity axles feature precision machined and heat-treated solid 42 chromoly steel center shafts, making them up to 35% stronger than OEM. They include induction heat-treated joints packed with premium, heavy-duty, high-temperature moly grease for greater durability and smoother performance under severe operating conditions. The axles are equipped with precision machined and heat-treated cages, races, and ball bearings, along with precision rolled splines and threads for improved fitment and wear. High-strength spring steel retaining clips (where required) and TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) dust boots provide superior tear and puncture resistance. All necessary dust rings, guards, and secure stainless steel dust boot clamps are included. The axle comes fully assembled for easy, no-modification installation and includes all necessary hardware. It is backed by a One Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty.
