The CAP Audi 3.0T Cast V3 Catless Downpipe represents the latest evolution in high-flow exhaust systems for the B9/B9.5 Audi S4/S5 3.0T. Constructed from cast 304 stainless steel, it offers superior strength, smoother flow transitions, and greater thermal stability compared to previous versions. Key features include TIG welded and back-purged construction for durability, precision-cut CNC flanges for an OEM-like fit, and bolt-on installation with included hardware and gaskets. An integrated heat shield is available to help manage under-hood temperatures and protect nearby components, contributing to overall engine bay longevity. The removal of factory catalytic converters will trigger a check engine light, and software tuning is recommended to fully realize the performance benefits and maximize power gains. Professional installation is recommended, with an estimated install time of around 2 hours.
