Audi B9 Turbocharger Cold Air Intake

This intake system is application-specifically engineered for the Audi B9/B9.5 A4 and A5 2.0T models, leveraging 3D scanning to optimize internal volume and complex shapes for maximum airflow to the turbocharger. Installation is designed to be hassle-free, requiring only basic hand tools and taking approximately 20-30 minutes. Performance gains are achieved through various design elements, including a 5" air filter with increased surface area for improved turbo efficiency, an integrated velocity stack for smooth, laminar airflow into the charge system, and strategically designed high and low-pressure zones that channel cool airflow while shielding it from engine heat. Flow bench testing indicates consistent airflow gains of up to +70 CFM over stock, with power gains of up to 10-20HP reported on tuned engines.
