The Skar Audio DDX-12 D2 is a 12-inch competition-grade car subwoofer engineered for both incredible sound and extreme volume. This dual 2-ohm subwoofer boasts an impressive 1,500 watts of peak power and 1,000 watts RMS power handling capacity. Constructed with a competition-grade pressed paper cone and a stitched high-roll foam surround, the DDX-12 D2 is built for durability and performance. It features a massive double-stack magnet system and a high-temperature 2.5-inch copper voice coil, contributing to its powerful output. An advanced airflow cooling system is incorporated to manage heat during demanding use. Key specifications include a frequency response range of 25 Hz to 250 Hz, a sensitivity of 88.0 dB, a cutout diameter of 11.25 inches, and a mounting depth of 6.60 inches. The motor weight is 202 oz.
