The OPT7 Aura Sidekick is a versatile 2-piece running board LED strip kit engineered to provide high-visibility, multi-function lighting for trucks and other vehicles. Each strip utilizes 2835 switchback SMD LEDs that toggle between a steady amber running light, an exclusive sequential muscle car-style amber turn signal, and a luxurious white courtesy light that activates when doors are unlocked or opened. Constructed for exterior durability, each strip is encased in an airtight silicone seal meeting IP67 water-resistance standards. Each package includes an adhesive booster to ensure a clean, long-lasting bond to the vehicle surface, along with mounting brackets, zip-ties, and scotch-lock connectors for wiring. Installation requires thorough surface preparation, including washing and degreasing, to guarantee the adhesive holds securely over the long term. Wiring is modular, allowing for these features to be configured to run at all times if desired.
