The ATS Diesel Aurora 3000 VFR Stage 1 Turbo is engineered as a direct, emissions-legal replacement for the 2007-2012 Dodge RAM 2500/3500 equipped with the 6.7L Cummins engine. This unit aims to significantly enhance your vehicle's power and performance. Constructed with durability in mind, it features billet 316 stainless steel unison rings designed to prevent sticking or warping, ensuring consistent performance over the turbo's lifespan. The turbo utilizes an ATS HSM bearing housing and turbine housing, paired with high-speed floating journal bearings for smooth operation. The compressor housing is powder-coated for a durable finish and enhanced heat resistance, while the turbine housing is high-temperature ceramic coated. Modern, solid-state electronics are incorporated for long-term reliability. This Stage 1 turbo features a 60mm 7x7 SlimHub billet wheel, capable of supporting over 100 hp above the factory unit as a standalone replacement or up to 750 hp when part of a larger kit.
