The ATS Aurora 4000 Turbo is a popular turbocharger designed for 1998.5-2002 Dodge 5.9L 24V Cummins engines. It offers a significant performance upgrade over stock, capable of supporting up to 630 rear-wheel horsepower with appropriate fueling modifications. This turbo system provides increased efficiency, lower exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs), and solid mid-range power with boost pressures up to 48 PSI.

The ATS Aurora 4000 Turbo is a high-performance turbocharger upgrade for 1998.5-2002 Dodge 5.9L 24V Cummins trucks. Featuring a 64mm inducer compressor wheel, it represents a substantial performance improvement over the factory turbocharger. This system is engineered to deliver up to 630 rear-wheel horsepower when paired with supporting fuel modifications and higher tuning levels, capable of handling boost pressures of 70 PSI and above. The increased air volume promotes more complete and efficient combustion, leading to lower EGTs, higher horsepower output, and a more potent torque curve. ATS has designed and manufactured both the compressor and turbine housings in-house to ensure a perfect fit and optimal performance and reliability. The Aurora 4000's compressor wheel is known for its strength and durability, capable of withstanding higher pressure ratios without fin deflection and maintaining its form through numerous heat cycles. It also features a ported compressor housing design to reduce turbo bark and offers an estimated 150-200 degree drop in EGTs. This turbo system has a 0.76 A/R turbine housing and a flow rate of 1190cfm. It includes all necessary hardware for installation. It is important to note that this product is not available to ship to California and is "Legal in California only for racing vehicles which may never be used upon a highway." Applications: 1998 - 2002 Dodge Ram 2500, 1998 - 2002 Dodge Ram 3500.
