The Hays 40-502 is a heavy-duty steel flexplate designed for Small Block Ford engines. It features a thicker-than-stock steel plate construction to withstand the stress of high-stall torque converters and high-RPM engines. This flexplate is SFI-approved, has a precision double-welded ring gear, and a 4mm thick center plate to resist cracking.
