This kit replaces or supplements the factory transmission oil cooling system, which often relies on the engine's coolant or the radiator's bottom tank. These factory setups can strain the engine's cooling system and lead to mixed fluids if they fail, causing expensive damage. HPD's oil-to-air transmission coolers feature a robust bar and plate core construction, measuring 300x200x50mm, designed to perform reliably in extreme environments and under intense towing stresses. The kit includes all necessary components for a comprehensive installation: the transmission cooler itself, laser-cut stainless steel mounting brackets, a billet CNC adaptor plate, hose tail fittings, support clamps, insulation, 10mmø oil hose, and all required nuts, bolts, and washers. Installation instructions are also provided.
