The Nissens 90782 is an automatic transmission oil cooler engineered for optimal performance and longevity. It incorporates a special turbulator design and a precise brazing process, contributing to its supreme durability and high thermal stress resistance. Manufactured to Original Equipment (OE) standards, this cooler ensures quality, performance, and a precise fit for installation. Constructed from aluminum, the Nissens 90782 features a core height of 4.65 inches, a core length of 8.19 inches, and a core width of 5.86 inches. With 14 core rows, it provides efficient heat dissipation. The inlet and outlet diameters are both 0.63 inches. This oil cooler has been rigorously tested to withstand thermal expansion up to 194 degrees Fahrenheit and pressure-impulse tested with 100,000 impulses at a pressure of up to 10.0 bar, demonstrating its robust performance capabilities. This automatic transmission oil cooler is compatible with the Audi A8 Quattro models from 2003 to 2009. It is a direct replacement for OE part numbers such as Audi's 09E409061, 09E409061A, 9E409061A, and 9E409061, as well as MAHLE CLC220000S, REACH COOLING 12412039, and VEMO V15600011. The cooler is sold without a gasket or seal, which must be sourced separately if required.
