Description

The AutoMeter 1499 is a 5-inch in-dash tachometer gauge. It features an air-core meter movement for quick and accurate readings, capable of moving the needle from 0 to maximum RPM in 333 milliseconds. This gauge has a range of 0-8,000 RPM and uses traditional incandescent lighting.

The tachometer is compatible with most 4, 6, and 8-cylinder engines and is designed for both 12 and 16-volt electrical systems. It includes a chrome bezel, a domed clear lens, and comes with a bulb and socket assembly, red and green bulb covers, mounting hardware, and detailed instructions.
