Users can expect a work time of up to two hours at 70 degrees F, with the option for accelerated curing using heat. The product has a handling time of 4 hours and a full cure time of 24 hours. It is crucial to note that this panel bonding adhesive is intended for use on outer body, non-structural panel attachment applications only. It must not be used on structural components like pillars, core supports, rocker panels, or frame rails, which typically require welding support, unless specifically called out by an OEM for certain applications (e.g., aluminum Ford F-150).
