The 3M Automotive 03614 Super Strength Molding Tape is designed for permanently attaching vehicle body side moldings, trim, and emblems, adding long-term protection and value. Utilizing the same elastic bonding technology found in aerospace and construction, this tape provides a strong, reliable bond without the mess of liquid adhesives. Constructed with a medium-density foam core and high-performance acrylic adhesives on both sides, this tape offers excellent conformability to irregular and textured surfaces. Its automotive-grade strength ensures a high-bond, double-sided adhesion suitable for vehicles. The tape is also weatherable, designed to withstand moisture, UV, and solvents, and has a wide temperature use range of -40°F to 250°F. Installation is straightforward: simply cut the tape to size, remove the liner, and apply. This no-mess application avoids the need for tools, making it an easy solution for automotive customization and repair.
