The Power Stop Z17 Stock Replacement Brake Kit offers a comprehensive rear braking upgrade for 2009-2016 Audi A4 models, including A4 Quattro, A5, Q5, and allroad variants. At the heart of this kit are the Z17 Evolution Plus ceramic pads, featuring a carbon-fiber ceramic compound that minimizes dust, ensures smooth and quiet stops, and provides excellent fade resistance for enhanced longevity. Complementing the pads are Autospecialty OE-Style Rotors, precision-machined from high-carbon G3000 steel. These rotors are treated with a Geomet coating to resist rust, ensure balanced performance, and manage heat effectively according to OE specifications. The kit also includes a full set of stainless steel caliper hardware—clips, pins, shims, and abutment clips—to guarantee a secure and rattle-free assembly. Power Stop recommends performing their specific bed-in procedure after installation to achieve peak performance. Professional installation is recommended, and all fasteners should be torqued to Audi factory specifications. This kit comes with a 3-year or 36,000-mile limited warranty on both pads and rotors, provided they are installed and maintained correctly. The kit is shipped fully assembled for both left and right sides in a single reinforced box, ready for installation.
