The Genuine BMW Radio Auxiliary Input Kit provides a 3.5mm universal stereo auxiliary input cable, allowing you to connect a wide range of audio devices, including MP3 players and portable CD or cassette players, to your BMW's factory stereo system. This is a genuine BMW part, ensuring quality and compatibility with the intended vehicles. This kit is specifically designed for the E60 5 Series and E63 6 Series models produced for the 2004, 2005, and 2006 model years. For 2006 models, the production date must be up to March 2006 for proper fitment. Installation of this auxiliary input kit may require additional steps. It's important to note that coding at a BMW dealer might be necessary to activate the "Aux" input option on your stereo system after the kit is installed.
