Auxiliary Fuel Pump Kit

The DSX Tuning Auxiliary Fuel Pump Kit provides a significant upgrade to your 2006-2013 Corvette's fuel system without requiring internal tank modification. This kit taps into the factory fuel feed line and uses an external pump, managed by a proprietary PnP controller that integrates with the MAP sensor to trigger the pump based on manifold pressure. The system activates the pump at 8psi (157kPa) and deactivates it below 6psi (144kPa). Constructed with smooth bore PTFE coated crimped fuel lines, this kit ensures leak-free operation and offers excellent corrosion resistance against ethanol, while also preventing fuel odor permeation. The lines are 8AN in size with 6AN connections, tested for quality and rated for all fuel types. The system includes a custom 74-micron filter and a one-piece billet tee fitting with a true push-connect design for simplified installation and reduced leak points. Drilling the fuel tank is required for installation; a drill and tap kit is available separately. Key specifications include available pump options of GSL392 (255lph) or GSL396 (320lph). The trigger point for the pump is 157kPa (~8psi) for ZR1 models and 114kPa (~2psi) for non-ZR1 models. Please note that a LS9 MAP sensor is required for this kit, and non-ZR1 installations are limited to 58psi rail pressure. Installation time is approximately two hours and can be completed on jack stands with a low fuel level recommended. For optimal performance, HP Tuners or EFILive tuning software and access to a dyno or competent tuner are necessary after installation. DSX manufactured components are covered against defects for the life of the product, while the pumps themselves are covered for 90 days.
