Auxiliary Fuel Pump Kit

The DSX Tuning Auxiliary Fuel Pump Kit offers a budget-friendly solution for enhanced fuel supply without needing to access the factory fuel tank. This kit utilizes an external pump that integrates with the factory feed line, and the included PnP controller, which connects to the MAP sensor, activates the pump at 2psi and deactivates it below 0psi. Smooth bore PTFE-coated fuel lines ensure leak-free operation and corrosion resistance. The system includes all necessary mounting hardware for under-vehicle installation. Drilling the fuel tank is required, and a drill and tap kit is available separately. Installation is estimated at two hours and can be performed on jack stands. It is recommended to have a low fuel level in the tank before beginning. While the kit can be installed before tuning, an HP Tuners or EFILive tuning software and access to a dyno or competent tuner are required to fully utilize its capabilities. DSX Tuning manufactures components covered against defects for the life of the product, while the pumps themselves have a 90-day warranty.
