Auxiliary Heat Exchanger Kit

The JHM Performance Auxiliary Heat Exchanger Kit is engineered to significantly lower air intake temperatures (IATs) for optimal performance in your Audi 3.0T, especially under Wide Open Throttle (WOT) conditions. This kit is designed to run in conjunction with your factory heat exchanger, providing an additional 315 cubic inches of volume and increasing overall cooling capacity by over 70%. Its dual-pass core design ensures efficient cooling with unobstructed airflow, leading to improved IAT recovery times. The kit features a high fin density, dual-core design constructed from aluminum with a 3/16" thick 304 stainless steel bracket. It also includes an upgraded power steering cooler and a bleeder on the top of the core for easier servicing. All necessary installation fittings, hose, clamps, and hardware are included to facilitate a straightforward, bolt-on installation. The one-piece bracket allows for quick mounting to the crash bar in under five minutes, without requiring the removal of the crash bar or drilling holes. Note: Vehicles equipped with Distronic ACC will require the system to be removed or relocated to accommodate this heat exchanger kit.
