The DeWitts C8 Auxiliary Rear Radiator is a specialized cooling upgrade designed to combat heat soak and improve thermal management in demanding driving conditions. Engineered for 2020-present C8 Corvettes equipped with LT2, LT6, or LT7 engines, this radiator offers a direct-fit solution to elevate your Corvette's cooling performance. This auxiliary unit is constructed from all-US-born aluminum with a dual two-row, dual 1-inch core design, providing a significant increase in cooling surface area compared to the stock auxiliary cooler – specifically, a 22% gain. The cores are fabricated and TIG-welded by hand, ensuring a durable, leak-free assembly without the use of plastic end tanks or rubber gaskets. Its serpentine fins are optimized for maximum airflow across the core tubes. Designed as a true bolt-in upgrade, this radiator features Direct Fit™ OEM-style mounting, ensuring compatibility with the factory electric cooling fan and shroud. It uses factory-sized cooling hose inlet and outlet connections, allowing you to utilize your stock hoses. The installation is straightforward, integrating seamlessly into the C8's cooling system. This auxiliary radiator is intended for Base Stingray or Z51 models as a retrofit for enhanced cooling.
