Description

The SXTH Element AV6 blow-off valve is an atmospheric valve developed through extensive CAD design, prototyping, and testing. It offers a crisp sound and is approximately 70% the size of competing valves, while providing solid performance as a direct factory bypass valve replacement. The valve body is precision-machined from billet 6061 aluminum with a black anodized finish, and incorporates a lightweight brass piston for rapid response. The AV6 is designed for a 100% bolt-on installation, utilizing the factory bypass valve gasket for a leak-free seal. The kit includes new fasteners and a vacuum line, meaning no additional parts are necessary for installation. It is engineered with a CAD-designed base specific to the 1.6T Gamma engine.
