Overview

The SXTH Element 2.0T AV6 Blow Off Valve is a black atmospheric valve designed as a direct replacement for the factory bypass valve. It is constructed from billet 6061 aluminum with a brass piston for quick response.

It utilizes the factory bypass valve gasket for a leak-free, 100% bolt-on installation. The kit includes new fasteners and a vacuum line.

The SXTH Element AV6 Blow Off Valve (BOV) is engineered as an atmospheric valve, replacing the factory bypass valve for a distinctive sound and enhanced performance. Developed over hundreds of hours of CAD design, prototyping, and testing, including extensive use on a 400 horsepower Elantra Sport, this valve is built for reliability and responsiveness. Constructed from a billet 6061 aluminum body with a durable anodized black finish, the AV6 features a brass piston optimized for rapid actuation. Its CAD-designed base is engine-specific for the 2.0T, ensuring a precise fit and utilizing the factory bypass valve gasket for a 100% leak-free, bolt-on installation. This blow-off valve removes the recirculation port. If your existing intake system features a recirculation port, it will need to be plugged using a compatible BPV Plug (sold separately) to ensure proper operation. The kit comes complete with new fasteners and vacuum line, making it a ready-to-install solution that requires no additional components for immediate use.
