AV6 Blow Off Valve

The SXTH Element AV6 blow off valve, also known as an atmospheric valve, is the result of extensive R&D, including CAD design, prototype building, and vehicle testing. Engineered as a direct replacement for the factory bypass valve, it offers a clean sound and solid performance. The valve body is precision-machined from black anodized billet 6061 aluminum, while the brass piston is designed for maximum lightness and lightning-fast response. This engineered performance part is 70% the size of competing valves and was tested on a 400-horsepower Elantra Sport. The AV6 features a CAD-designed base specific to the engine and utilizes the factory bypass valve gasket for a leak-free, 100% bolt-on installation. The kit includes new fasteners and a vacuum line, requiring no additional parts. It is designed for fitment on the Hyundai Elantra N-Line 2021+, Hyundai Kona N-Line 2022+, Hyundai Sonata N Line 2021+, and Kia K5 GT 2021+. Note that this blow off valve does not fit the 2021+ Kia K5 1.6L Turbo and the 2020+ Hyundai Sonata 1.6L Turbo. Additionally, this product is not legal for street use in California and is subject to Proposition 65 warnings regarding cancer and reproductive harm.
