AX5 MANUAL TRANSMISSION FOR JEEP 94

This is a rebuilt AX5 manual transmission from Zumbrota Drivetrain, part number RMTAX5J-4. It features aluminum front and rear cases with a cast iron center plate and an external slave cylinder. Each unit undergoes a rigorous remanufacturing process including three quality inspections: a pre-inspection for case cracks and excessive wear, a second inspection during the remanufacturing process to ensure all component parts meet OEM specifications, and a final post-build inspection to meet strict standards. Internal parts, including gear wear, mainshaft straightness, and synchronizer testing, are 100% inspected. All transmissions are dynometer tested through numerous real-life scenarios.
