The REMUS 085020 1500-1 is an axle-back exhaust system designed for the BMW M340i G20 Sedan xDrive (G3L with GPF). It features a larger tube diameter of 76 mm compared to the original 70 mm. The system requires cutting the original exhaust but does not necessitate modifications to the rear skirt.

The REMUS 085020 1500-1 axle-back exhaust system is engineered for the BMW M340i G20 Sedan xDrive (G3L with GPF), featuring a tube diameter increase from 70 mm to 76 mm. It is handmade in Austria from 100% stainless steel with a shot-blasted surface and includes an ECE type approval. Installation requires cutting the original exhaust, but no modifications to the rear skirt are needed. The system integrates the original BMW actuator and a Y-cable to connect to the vehicle's onboard electronics for valve activation. For optimal performance and to prevent check engine lights when using REMUS sports silencers, cat-back systems, or cat replacement pipes intended for track use, an ECU remapping is recommended. Please note that tips are not included and must be purchased separately. This system is specifically designed for the BMW M340i G20 Sedan xDrive (G3L with GPF) and may also fit certain M440i xDrive models (G22, G23, G26). It is explicitly noted that this system is NOT a direct fit for non-GPF models. Additionally, the product is described as a "RACING Cat-back Sport Exhaust" and "RACING - No (EEC-) approval!" by some retailers, indicating it may not be street-legal in all regions.
