Axle Back Exhaust System w/ 90mm Dual Wall Tips

The CorkSport Axle Back Exhaust is engineered to enhance the exhaust note of your 2019+ Mazda 3 and CX-30, addressing the factory quietness with a more exciting sound. The system boasts a 63.5mm (2.5-inch) diameter piping, an increase from the stock 50-55mm, coupled with a unique, single, long resonator tuned to offer a great tone without excessive noise. Dyno testing in a controlled environment indicated gains of 3-5 wheel horsepower and 2-3 lb-ft of torque across the RPM range. For enhanced aesthetics, the dual-wall, slant-cut 90mm tips are designed to fill the bumper cutouts and feature length adjustability for a personalized look. These tips are laser-etched with the CorkSport logo. Constructed from fully polished, mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel, this axle-back exhaust is built for durability and a lasting appearance, with TIG-welded joints and laser-cut inlet flanges ensuring strength and optimal fitment. Installation is aided by full-color instructions and all necessary hardware, with an estimated install time of two hours and a difficulty rating of 2 out of 5. Vehicle fitment is confirmed for 2019+ Mazda 3 and CX-30 models with 2.0L/2.5L engines, in AWD/FWD, and Manual/Automatic drivetrains. Specific tip options are available for Hatchback, Hatchback with Appearance Kit, Sedan, and CX-30. It is also compatible with the 2021+ Mazda 3 Turbo. Fitment is NOT confirmed on the Skyactiv X engine, and use on that engine is at the owner's risk. Note that NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) levels in the cabin may increase after installation.
