The FactionFab Axle Back Exhaust system offers a quick and easy upgrade for your 2015-2021 Subaru WRX and 2015-2018 Subaru STI. Designed as a direct replacement for the stock mufflers, this system aims to improve vehicle performance, aesthetics, and auditory appeal. The installation is straightforward, requiring only simple hand tools and taking minutes to complete. It features mandrel-bent 16-gauge 304 stainless steel piping, 3/8-inch thick laser-cut flanges, and robust 1/2-inch hangers. The twin-wall, burnt 3.5-inch exhaust tips provide a distinct visual flair. Each system is meticulously TIG welded by hand to ensure durability and a reliable service life. The slip-on exhaust tips also allow for fine-tuning their position relative to the vehicle's bumper. This FactionFab axle-back system is over 6 lbs lighter per side compared to the stock mufflers. It is designed as a direct OE replacement and is compatible with stock or direct stock replacement mid-pipes. However, it is noted as not compatible with the SPT system. The package includes all necessary brand-new hardware, OE gaskets, and anti-seize for a complete installation.
