This Dana 10010546 Ultimate Dana 44 Crate Axle is a direct bolt-in front axle solution for Jeep Wrangler JK models (2007-2018). It features upgraded durability for off-road use with thicker tubes, 1/4 inch steel brackets, chromoly axle shafts, and Spicer Life Series (SPL) 1350 u-joints. The assembly includes a performance differential cover, Spicer performance gasket, and genuine Spicer 4.88 gearing with an electronic locker. It also offers optimized pinion angles and improved caster for lifted vehicles, increasing the Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) for suspension upgrades, bumpers, winches, and larger tires.
