KYB Excel-G Struts are manufactured on the same lines as original equipment, but feature upgraded valving and materials for superior performance and reliability. They utilize a nitrogen gas-charged twin-tube design for consistent damping, hand-assembled damping valves for precise control, and a triple chrome-plated piston rod to reduce seal wear and extend strut life. Additional features include a sintered iron rod guide for alignment maintenance and seamless steel tubing for durability.
