The Tomei ARMS BX8280 Turbocharger Kit is a high-performance upgrade for the Mitsubishi 4B11 engine, specifically designed for the Mitsubishi Evo10. This kit utilizes a ball bearing system for enhanced durability and responsiveness. The compressor wheel is constructed from A2618 aluminum and features a CNC billet production process with a 61.4mm ind., 82.0mm exd., and a trim of 56. It has 6/6 blades and is designed for optimal airflow. The turbine wheel is cast from K418 material, with a 58.8mm exd., 67.0mm ind., and a trim of 77, featuring 9 blades. This turbocharger has a target horsepower rating of 450 HP and an initial boost setting of 1.0 kgf/cm². The compressor housing has an A/R of 0.51, while the turbine housing has an A/R of 0.89. The product manual and a boost pressure unit conversion chart are available for installation and tuning reference.
