The Forge Motorsport FMHFIP1 is a high-flow intake hardpipe designed as a direct replacement for the OEM intake pipe and resonator on select MINI models. It is constructed from a single-piece mandrel-bent aluminum with CNC-machined outlets and couplers, and hand TIG-welded for durability. This hardpipe improves airflow and reduces restriction, leading to sharper turbo response and enhanced induction sound.

The Forge Motorsport FMHFIP1 is a high flow intake hardpipe engineered as a direct replacement for the restrictive OEM MINI intake pipe and integrated resonator system found on B38 and B48 turbocharged MINI models. Constructed from lightweight, mandrel-bent aluminum with CNC-machined connections, this single-piece design eliminates airflow disruption and restriction caused by the factory plastic pipework and resonator. The result is improved airflow efficiency, sharper turbo response, and enhanced induction acoustics. Unlike brittle OEM plastic assemblies, the Forge hardpipe utilizes precision-formed aluminum tubing and hand TIG-welded CNC-machined couplers for superior durability and a smooth internal airflow path. The pipe can be installed with either the factory MINI airbox or the Forge Motorsport induction system (FMINDF56/FMINDK26). Important Compatibility Information: This product is designed for earlier B38 and B48 MINI turbo layouts. It does NOT fit 306hp JCW models, GP3 models, or later LCI2 306hp variants, as these vehicles feature a revised intake and turbo configuration. Additionally, it will not fit SD models with the B47 engine.
