The CTS Charge Pipe Upgrade Kit is engineered to enhance performance and reliability for BMW F-series and select G-series models equipped with B46/B48 2.0T engines. Crafted from T6061 mandrel-bent aluminum with a robust black powder coat finish, this high-flow charge pipe replaces the OE plastic component, which is prone to breaking or cracking under increased boost pressure. This upgrade offers improved airflow compared to the factory pipe, leading to noticeable gains in throttle response and a reduction in turbo lag. Precision CNC-machined flanges ensure OE-like fitment, making it an ideal component for vehicles running higher than stock boost levels. The kit includes 4-ply silicon connectors and stainless steel clamps and hardware for a secure installation. Included in the kit is a 1/8″ NPT water-methanol bung with a plug, offering flexibility for advanced tuning setups. The charge pipe directly replaces BMW part number 13718601683.
