Description

The IPOSMotorsport B46/B48 Port Injection Kit is designed to provide supplemental fueling for BMW vehicles featuring the B48 engine. This complete kit integrates seamlessly into your vehicle, offering a discreet, factory-installed appearance once assembled. It includes all necessary components to add multi-port injection capability and is fully E85 compliant. The base kit includes a port injection plate, fuel rail, fuel line, an AN6 T-Split with a 1/8th NPT port for pressure sensors, and all required hardware for installation. Optional Bosch Motorsport injectors are available in 550cc, 750cc, and 1000cc sizes. The 550cc injectors support up to 600whp on E85, 750cc up to 710whp, and 1000cc up to 840whp on E85. The kit is capable of supporting a wide range of power outputs, from 400whp to over 1000whp+. Installation requires an aftermarket 2-piece charge pipe. This kit is explicitly not compatible with MINI vehicles. Additionally, you will need to source an external injector controller; the manufacturer highly recommends the Motive Reflex Plus or Lite controllers depending on your specific needs.
