B58 3.0L Cold Air Intake Kit

The CTS Turbo intake kit offers a significant upgrade for BMW F-series M140i, M240i, 340i, and 440i models equipped with the B58 3.0L engine, manufactured between 2015 and 2019. This system is engineered as a full replacement for the factory airbox, aiming to provide the largest and highest-flowing intake available. Key components include a massive 6-inch velocity stack reusable air filter and a smooth 3.5-inch aluminum intake pipe, designed for a perfect connection to the turbo inlet without restrictions. The CNC-machined MAF sensor mount ensures accurate readings, while the black powder coat finish provides an OEM look. Two heat shields with rubber seals are included to actively minimize intake air temperatures, crucial for performance. Peak power gains are estimated between 12 to 20HP, depending on fuel and elevation. The integrated components work together to enhance both horsepower and torque across the entire power band, while also producing an aggressive, race-inspired sound. This revised version features a more rigidly mounted inlet pipe and a better-sealing heatshield for superior performance without triggering a Check Engine Light (CEL), a result of extensive testing on various B58 vehicles. This intake is compatible with LHD and RHD vehicles, as well as RWD and xDrive models. However, it does not fit G-series vehicles (2020+). Additionally, it is not for sale or use in California on any pollution-controlled vehicle, as per the California Air Resources Board (CARB) regulations.
